We want the record you receive to match the listing you bought. Each used record is individually listed and its grading and condition notes form part of the description.

Changing your mind

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you will normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods. Please tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. Please package records securely and take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession.

Refunds after cancellation

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will refund the amount due, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law. We may wait until the goods are returned, or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, before issuing the refund. A deduction may be made where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary has reduced the value of the goods.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items

Your statutory rights are not affected. If a record is faulty, arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or materially differs from its description or stated condition, contact us with your order details so we can put things right.

How to request a return

Contact us with your order reference and the item you wish to return. We will provide the information needed to send it back.
