We aim to pack and dispatch orders promptly and securely. Records are packaged appropriately for vinyl to help protect both the record and sleeve in transit.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge shown in your basket and at checkout is the charge that applies to your order. Any available delivery options and their prices will be shown before you place the order.

Dispatch and delivery

Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we specifically state otherwise. If there is an unexpected delay, please contact us and we will help investigate it.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Damage or missing parcels

If an order arrives damaged, or does not arrive when reasonably expected, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep the packaging and, for damaged items, photographs of the parcel and contents may help us resolve the issue.
